The commission defines a contact, shared documents, reporting frequency and approval arrangements. The private portal lets you view stages and documents shared by the team, according to your project and granted access.
How are changes during construction handled?
The change is described with its impact on the budget, schedule and deliverables. It requires approval before modifying the agreed baseline.
Does the enquiry form constitute an estimate?
No. It prepares the project assessment. An estimate is prepared after reviewing the information and specifies the scope, assumptions, exclusions and conditions.
