Project enquiries

With your consent, the form sends your identity, contact details and project information to OLAMIDE. Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and accessible to the staff responsible for enquiries. The public form does not upload files.

Private portal

Sign-in uses your email, a password protected by a cryptographic hash and a secure session cookie. Project files and media are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Access is assigned per project; decisions and management actions are recorded.

Audience measurement

Botlyx Analytics (Umami) integration is prepared but disabled until the website ID is supplied.

Details to complete

Controller contact details, access or deletion request procedures and retention periods will be completed with the company’s legal information. Email notifications require a configured delivery service.
